Meet Kristen Lanctot
Kristen was born and raised in Long Beach, California. She has grown up embracing the coastal lifestyle that we all love so much. Her childhood passion was swimming and playing water polo. She has a firm grasp on the Long Beach and Seal Beach real estate markets. Kristen has been licensed since 2004 and continues to stay abreast of all inter-workings in the real estate market. After several years she entwined her passion for real estate with art and became a fine art dealer in Los Angeles, brokering the sales of masterworks like Warhol, Lichtenstein, Picasso, and Chagall. In 2012 she moved overseas to Australia, where she pursued interior design. Upon her return to the states, she moved back to Long Beach and opened her own interior design business, which rekindled her interest in the real estate sector. Kristen’s experience in creativity and sales gives her an extreme advantage to handle all kinds of objections and concerns, providing the solutions that her clients need to feel supported and comfortable in the real estate process.
